I would like to feel rewarded once in a while. I tend to play challenging but I geared back in the summit because I got tired of the setbacks. My gear & weapons are a little weak. That & sometimes I do not know what the game wants. On those occasions I get wiped. I wore out my trigger finger on a Rogue but I got him. I'm sure like the Rogue skills will help but I do not know what to use. That is part what I mean by knowing what the game wants. Like the hive I'm not sure so I shoot until nothing is left. Anyway Massive is not likely to lighten up on rolls - even players that pose no threat. They could make the game more enjoyable - nah!YodaMan 3D
Why is the idea of a players becoming powerful such an evil idea? Why is having godrolls reserved for a small percentage of players is ok, but if everyone can do it breaks the game in your opinion? At some point players should be feeling rewarded for playing the game and it shouldn't be offensive to everyone.
If you need better gear and weapons, set your world to heroic and call for backup. Start running through control points with a 4 man group, by the time you finish every CP on the map you will definitely have better equipment. The group is crucial because there will be a lot more drops with 4 players, solo you hardly get crap.
On the contrary, I am very on board with the changes that have been made to optimization, that reduced the materials required.Originally Posted by YodaMan 3D Go to original post
Optimization also works in steps EXACTLY like the optimization of TD1, it's a tool that lets you work towards an objective (godrolled gear) while you farm for materials and other gear at the same time, and the gear you're farming could be even better than the one you are working on, letting you skip some steps of optimization.
Our answers are timestamped 1 hour prior your reamarks, at least don't be sassy about it.Originally Posted by Rodnaz Go to original post
