Wow. That really proves they legitimately felt it was cool to leave us completely hanging for months without letting us know the future of the game. It scares me for the future of this franchise, that Ubsoft/Massive felt that Warlords, a raid and Summit were enough content for 2 years and would sustain the game for 2 more. How disengaged from your community can you be?
In my opinion we received about HALF the content the game should have received in 2 years and this was to actually be the end. Now the community has to wait 6+ months to get anything new? So at least a year and a half between map expansions, if we even get one? I'm near speechless and seriously contemplating giving up on this IP entirely. It really shows the lack of investment and commitment Ubisoft has to the Division franchise.
Yes same here I think its a way to keep us à little more less worried but will keep on waiting on there end... its easy to say that but at least do what you said you would do... This can go up for 6 months and more if they want... I just hope they will really do something good, correct big problems and give us new things to do... achievments, new missions, new modes and new difficulties...? and not bring more bugs and delts error...![]()

What a giant pile of cowardly a-holes. I'd like to say I can't believe they thought it would be ok to just ghost the community of an entire franchise like this...but it's par for the course for massive.
I really REALLY hope anyone who's been defending Massive thinks REALLY hard about this before they post again. This is nothing more than a delaying tactic to keep people in the game. "Content" later this year? Dont make me laugh. What? Another cancelled event converted into an apparel farm with copy/past recolors? Another re-used manhunt?
Stopping development on a title isn't a decision made in a flash. They knew this was the plan from the beginning of season 1, if not sooner. That's the scale game development works at!
Seriously....f**k you massive. And f**k you ubisoft. You miserable lying cowards. Everything bad said about you is true.
And i thought i had anger issuesOriginally Posted by Sircowdog1 Go to original post![]()
To be honest i think Ubisoft are behind this, they are the money men.Originally Posted by Sircowdog1 Go to original post
Yeah and it also proves two or more things.
1. Why they shat on Fay Lau the way they did
2. Why now on the X box store The division 2 is £7.49 and the Warlords Expansion is £7.49
The sad thing is this franchise is perfect and made for being an MMO style game like Oblivion but in a modern setting.
I don't think UBI or Massive realise they could have a real hit on their hands. Unless they are planning a Div3 down that route.
I'll bite. They have clearly been resource starved for awhile, and plans did not work out - as we saw with Codename Nightmare. The pregnant pause when Yannick was asked about that cancellation backs this up. Who knows whether they had originally planned a better conclusion, but ran out of runway due to the fixed timeline of the seasonal calendar.Originally Posted by Sircowdog1 Go to original post
Regardless, I hope whatever new content comes as paid DLC. That would require something much better resourced than Summit to justify a purchase. We would also see whether the haters will (not) put their money where their mouth is
Holy - I'm in agreement with RiflemaniaOriginally Posted by Riflemania Go to original post![]()
Could not say it better then this and like you said : This is nothing more than a delaying tactic to keep people in the game. I am 100 % sure its that again...Im also pissed no more to sayOriginally Posted by Sircowdog1 Go to original post![]()
