    Balance of skill and internet

    So I have watched a lot of youtube videos of good for honor players and I have noticed that they have very low ping, usually from 10 to 20. Because of their better internet they are able to react more easily to attacks which is why a lot of high skill players say that attacks are too reactable and defense is to easy and stuff like that. So I thought it would be a good way to balance the game if the game played the same way for a 10 to 20 ping having player and a 40 ping player. So I imagine that ubisoft may be able to collect data that can tell them the average ping of players across different servers and stuff. After finding an average, lets say 40 then all the players with below 40 ping will have a slight delay so that their game will make it seem like their game is running at 40 ping. I am so tired of playing at like 60 ping on console and people with 8 ping complain about how the attacks are too easy to react to and how everything needs to be faster. In my opinion this would be a great way to balance the game so that it feels the same to every end user rather than having the top tier players getting a completely different experience than the lower tier players. This way the gap between high tier players and lower tier players will not be as far and we can all experience the same kind of game. High tier players explain how orochi or nuxia or another hero with quick lights are just a cake walk and super easy to kill compared to the other heros. And I am over here struggling to deal with these heros and other heros with quick attacks as I just do not see them. After reading this you might be thinking maybe this person is just bad at the game. I am not saying I am good but to give you an idea I am currently diamond 2 and I am rep 367. I think I am alright at the game but I just want the game to feel the same to the top players as it does to players who may not have the best internet. This could help bring the communities opinions on heros closer and make it easier for the devs to nerf/ buff heros as they will feel much more similar across different skill levels or internet connections. Maybe depending on someone's ping the packets can be delayed so slightly just so maybe everyone at 40 and lower ping experience the same game. This might make matchmaking a bit easier as everyone below 40 ping can be matchmade together and all you would need to worry about is their skill as a player. This will reduce the frustration with the game on consoles as a lot of people say its a lot of light spam. Tell me your thoughts. Maybe this or a modified version of this idea can make it to the game.

    Nope I do not at all. I have no idea how any of it works. I just really want this game to make a comeback and become more enjoyable for all kinds of players.

    Can confirm. I play at 65-85 ms.And it's way way harder or rather almost impossible to light parry against real people compared to bots.

    PC and Console are different from each other. Including the Ping System!

    I understand the 2 are different but even on consoles, the trend is the same. People with better internet have a much easier time defending against attacks than those with higher ping. I think it would be very nice to be able to balance the advantage of having a better ping with those that are usually at higher ping. In most lobbies I play I have seen some people with below 20 ping and they are much much better at defense than most of the people I face. I really believe that the game would benefit if there were no differences between different internet speeds.
