Just Dance Now- VIP Membership not recognize by app
I have a VIP Membership with Just Dance Now, today it treated me like a "free version user". It made me only dance with the daily coins and then told me I needed to subscribe to enjoy the full game.
If I go to the memberships (the cart top right of the screen) the app freezes.
Please solve it now. I have paid and can't play.

If your VIP pass is not recognized by the game we will need you to get in contact with some information over our support channels, so we can investigate and aid you with this.
We will need the following information form you to investigate -
- A receipt of your subscription billing proof
- A screenshot of their Dancer ID card
- The device you are using such as mobile phone and Update IOS/Android version of phone
Once you have gathered that information, please get in touch with us through the following channels through direct message and upload these screenshots/photos to your case please -
