Is it still possible to get the Abyss Onyx armour for Peacekeeper? | Forums

I am a rep 40 Peackeeper and I’m trying to make a good look gear set and the one I have in mind has the abyss onyx armour. Unfortunately I missed the event that dropped this gear. I am wondering if there is another way to obtain this gear?
