Well for those that are still hoping of near future extensions of the game I did notice something weird. While doing 'The Gate' check point in NYC with two characters I noticed there was thread indication in the radar, pointing to the north of CP. In current map there is nothing there, so why would there be NPCs posing a thread? It's like where you are close to DZ you get the same indication on the radar from NPCs that are inside the DZ. So for what it's worth we might actually see something new ... when or what is another question.
Having said that this could also be a bug, there are plenty of those in the game so I won't rule that out too. Fingers crossed ...
Did you open the supply room? I found a rioter inside.Originally Posted by echolecter Go to original post
No I didn't, never interested in those rooms. If that was the thread then okay, He lost his key for the door?Originally Posted by III_Hammer_III Go to original post
In the white house, there's an image on a TV that highlights all the settlements in DC. However, there's a highlighted location where a settlement does not exist.Originally Posted by echolecter Go to original post
These occurances implying new locations could be another Central Park thing, where "CP01" (etc.) signs were found in the DZ checkpoints.
Then game lore killed the dream.
Hey mate, just wanna say, its not that the game is ending its how they ended it, silence and the very poor ending to Faye Lau, its sad, reason they launched div 2 is they had to change the coding as you know the clunky mechanics and graphics had to be change to pursue new generation of pc's and consoles
I don't think any of us would be upset if Division franchise got the Rainbow 6 or WoW treatment. However they just seem to resort to a skeleton crew and flimsy to no content after year 2. I'll still play a Division 3, but I don't think I can ever invest the kind of time in this franchise again as I did in the first two installments. Its going to be a game I pick up for $15 a year down the road. I wanted this to be my COD or WoW type game, but it's obvious this franchise is never going to be like that, no matter how much so many of us want it to be.Originally Posted by LateNiteDelight Go to original post
I would totally drop $100+ a year if we got a WONY + Summit every 6 months too - I just don't see Ubi greenlighting it.Originally Posted by chicagolongball Go to original post
Hell, I'd pay $10/mo if it guaranteed one new mission per month, plus a Stronghold every 3mo, and annual Incursion + Game Mode + map expansion..
The next few months will give us a better idea on how Ubi views the franchise [I'll likely be taking a break until news breaks] - they have some low hanging fruit that could show some good will [release Classifieds for all with scaling & targeted loot, add White Tusk option for Open World "Legendary" as well as Invaded, add selectable Targeted Loot for Invaded DZ with SC option], plus the announcement of an expanded QA/Bug team and plan for new Anti-Cheat system. Another high impact project could be to have a team update the Div1 map to Div2 & post-hurricane, then release a DLC to fill in the areas between.
I thought the same about D1 and... here we go - D2Originally Posted by User612263 Go to original post
D2, which has 2 times smaller map and a half of additional content.
D3? No, thanks.
