    Lunar new year sale has disabled store from working in connect

    the store will not work. i can only click on things above the red 'use this code to get % off' banner. its like its asking me to ok like for the cookie permissions, but its off the bottom of the page and i cannot close the thing to be able to click on anything on the store. usually i also get a partial circle of blue squares like it broke off from loading something and gave up.

    this is most annoying - how can i buy anything in a sale if the sale somehow disables the store!

    it feels like the store isnt loading fully at all - it seems like it has for about a millisecond, then it goes all dim and the partial circle of blue blocks appears in the middle like a loading circle that never fills.

    im wondering if this might be related to a .NET framework 'preview' update that microsoft force installed (i dont like installing preview anything but it gave me no choice) and which is one of two current preview updates. i didnt install the earlier one after reports it bricked or forced into a reboot repair loop other pcs.

    anyway, the point is there is a sale and i cant load the store and if this happens to a lot of people you probably wont sell much.

    I have good news and bad news.

    The Good: If you click News, you can use the two banners at the top of the screen to navigate the store.

    The Bad: I can't actually purchase anything. I repeatedly get an Order Failed message.

    Have the same Issue. Shop is not loading fully at it seems. So i can´t buy anithing over Connect.

    even if i use that news workaround, all i was able to do was claim the free AC china thing. as soon as it tries to go to the store, the stopped loading circle appears, and there is a grey layer over the store preventing any interaction with it.

    i also notice the lunar sale countdown is stuck on all 00 (00:00:00 etc) and wonder if its that causing this glitch now.

    I have exactly the same problem.
    I was going to uninstall Ubisoft Connect and reinstall it, but considering others have the same problem, it's not worth it.

    i have the same problem, i can go to store or lunar sales, i have contact the support and they say iam the only one with this problem.
    I try to unistal and instal it but the problem is the same

    Hi

    I have the exact same problem issues inside Ubisoft Connect app. I thought it might of been something that changed in my firewall but no. Looks like you can still go to the Ubisoft store website from your web browser though, seems to be working there. (UK user btw)

    As a side issue I was unable to login last night that Ubisoft was aware of but seems that is all resolved now. A lot of problems lately lol.
