Regarding Ubisoft Massive. The team will work on new content for The Division in 2021 and 2022."
As per quote on Twitter source from 2nd post-ie of this forum.
They say, "The Division" not "The Division 2" as the ubisoft forum page does. Is this paraphrasing?
Read that myself, going to presume they mean TD1 & TD2

Seasons are not content. It's attaching a timer to 2 year old missions. That's not content. And Coney Island was over a year ago and Warlords was a year ago. We've gotten Summit and a raid that was supposed to be year 1 content. So Summit for content....in a year. That's it.

My idea of content is game modes, map expansions, true global events. Massive considers content, cosmetics, a few new weapons and gear dyes. That's not any "content" that's going to keep people playing the game.

And you're not alone judging by the reactions of the playerbase post Season 4. I won't be uninstalling the game just yet. I have plenty of hard drive space on my PC so keeping the game on it won't be a problem. However, after the Massive (pun intended) disappointment of the last chapter of the Division storyline, I will not be playing again until we get new, not recycled, content for the game that advances the Division storyline.

I feel the same. Hopefully Ubisoft is listening and actually cares. We won't tolerate "seasons" as our only content again. Not in that format. Any new "content" that forces me to play missions on the day 1 map to a timer will result in me deleting this game. Content to me means map expansions and game modes.

I'm just remembering people thinking the game was dead when episode 3 was released and all we got was 2 small keener related missions that ended flat...because they had more coming later and the latest missions falls flat... i'll let you folks finish the thought.

I do think that the mission and faye were handled somewhere between badly and blandly. I just think people are somehow mixing up with devs doing some weird self sabotage to piss off the community and get themselves fired when they have other projects to work
