    Game crash to desktop after 2-5 min of gameplay

    After 2-5 minutes of playing, game crash to desktop without displaying any errors. The problem persists for about a week (after TU 12.1 update). Before TU 12.1 update, game run without any problems.
    I tried the following:
    - Reinstall Windows (latest updates)
    - update video drivers to latest driver
    - try to run game on old stable driver
    - reinstall Ubisoft Connect
    - run game without any software in background (discord, msi afterburner, riva tune...)
    - reinstall-verify game files
    Before patch TU 12.1 game run fine with Discord and Riva tune in background, no crashes at all.
    My specs:
    I7 4790k
    GTX 980 TI
    32 GB RAM
    OS installed on SSD M.2
    Game installed on SATA 3 SSD (try on HDD too, no effect, game still crash to desktop)
    The game still crashes after today's maintenance.
    Ubisoft, what do we have to do to be able to play the game we bought ???

    You can try running the Uconnect launcher and the game as administrator, when the Uconnect login is fixed that is.

    Update - I also tried the following:
    - run game on DX11
    - run game on DX12
    - run game on FullHD low/high settings
    - run game on WQHD (2K) on low and high settings
    - run game and UConnect as admin
    - disabling UConnect ingame overlay
    Nothing helps, game still crashing !!!
    Yesterday I played Division 1 3-4 hours, no crash !!! Today I played Battlefield 4 and V from Origin and Dirt Rally on Steam more then 3-4 hours !! No crashes !! Other games work perfectly !!

    Sorry to hear you facing crashing issues since the TU 12.1 update. Thanks for providing the information including what you have tried.

    We have forwarded this for investigation. If you could, please create a support ticket and include your Dxdiag and MSinfo files.

    We can get those passed to The Division team to help the investigation.

    Ubi-Houck - Thanks for the reply. A little late but better late than never !! In the last two days I managed to be able to play for a few hours without the game crashing, now crashes are rarer, the game crashes two, three times and after that I can play for a while without any problem. About the support ticket - I can't send the ticket (upload the two files) because support chat is unavailable due to the situation created by COVID !! Game over !!
