Fixed an issue where Memento buffs could last beyond death

Fixed an issue where Memento buffs could last beyond death. Which was both grim and ironic.

1st, it wasn't grim and ironic, not at all. It was really good QoL stuff.

2nd, why it removes on entering safe area? Does it count as death?

    1. There should be a drawback for dying

    2. It should not happen, but it happens. They should correct this behaviour.

Correction: this 100% happens when entering safe houses and buff 100% remains when entering White House.
Didn't tested other possible safe zones (settlements, NY or expedition safe areas)

The Memento is the single best piece in the whole game IMO, I hope they don't stuff it up by messing with it.

I think it depends on if you loose the buff on being downed or being dead. Being dead sounds fair, but being downed does not, considering I run some skill builds specifically with miaximized revive hive.

Also, it is annoying to lose the buff every time you enter a safe house or settlement, when you haven't died. FYI, there is a buffer area before you fully enter the settlement, where you may still keep the buff. At leas there was. Not sure if that's been changed in the update.
