    If you're having any issues redeeming the codes from your copy of the game, could you please contact us directly via our Support Site, Facebook or Twitter so we can look into this further with you.

    When opening your ticket if you please also include;
    - Your code
    - A screenshot of your console account region
    - Clear images of your game case (showing the front / back / spine of the case)

    This isn't a code issue. It's a store issue.The store simply is not loading character and weapon packs, saying that there is nothing to display.

    There was a sale advertised from Dec. 2-9, and we haven't been able to access armour or weapon packs since Dec. 1.

    The Store was working before Dec. 2. I had a couple armour packs that I was considering buying, but no longer have access.

    Is this something that anyone is planning on fixing? Will the sale be extended? I'm a new player thanks to the Cyber Monday sale, and this store issue is not helping to convince me to buy a DLC pack or Store credits.

    I just purchased this on Switch also. Same problem...Same error message. No problems on Xbox, where I started my campaign...

    For those noting that the Character and Weapons Packs can't be accessed, this is known to the team and is currently under investigation.

    We don't have any further information to share at this time, but should anything be made available, we'll let you know here.
