    Purchase Not showing up

    I bought Origins from the ubisoft store but it is not showing up in my library and the it says there is no purchase history in my account, the money has been taken out of my bank account

    I am sorry to hear that you are missing Origins from your library.

    Did you receive an order confirmation e-mail? If not, the purchase may have failed and the funds are currently under an authorization hold. In the event of this, check in with your bank and they should be able to let you know if they can recover it from their side.
