But at least, as far as I can tell, it won’t help you maintain stealth like the instant body clean up in Wildlands. Literally, once the body was no longer in your FoV on screen in Wildlands it disappeared, unless the mission had special programming to maintain bodies like El Cardinal (that’s the only one I know for sure that would maintain dead bodies). In 99% of situations, you could preserve stealth being compromised by a dead body discovery simply by looking away.
The other mission I recall in which bodies would not disappear was in Remano; The Chemist.

How you go about eliminating enemies in GRW has an impact on how soon a body will vanish into thin air. Just last night I capped a dude up close next to a car that I wanted to blow with C4. While I remained close (and no longer having the body in LoS), it did not disappear. Was a bit surprised, but as soon as I moved off a bit, and looked away, yup, it was gone.

Indeed. Would have been nice had it been included as one of the daily challenges - perhaps only using CQC kills.

Yeah, that was a recipe for mass havoc. I do wish the Wolves had an escalating QRF like the Unidad. That would add a great new dynamic.

Although I was replaying the Stating Safe Chapter 6 mission the other night where you need to stop a convoy and it turned into a major cluster. I made the mistake of taking the convoy at a T-junction and got unlucky with two road patrols converging at the same time as the convoy. When you add in the surrounding foot patrols being attracted by the noise it got crazy.

But there’s nothing like a level 3 or 4 Unidad alert to motivate you to GTFO.

Did you ever try it that way? My fav strategy was to take out the guys on the junk yard side, and the heavy on the right side of the building and then sneak into the church, grab the guy and sneak out. So maybe dropping 5-6 bodies... but no one near the front or left side. Occasionally I had to use my handgun while extracting the chemist if I got unlucky with the timing of the sicarios in the church. So I bet CQC would be very possible if the timing was right.

Ps. This is one of my problems with Wildlands... I know the position of every enemy at every base all by heart now

My "best" was similar - a mix of sniping the towers and junk side at the appropriate place(s). Then CQC the heavy and the two-man patrol before timing the entry/exit from the church.

Other approach was to ambush the fleeing chemist with the EMP drone following a rebel diversion on the far (left) side.

Where ever possible I purposely try not to remember positions - except where it's "always these two guys walking from here to there ..." To mix it up a bit, I will alternate working a location over based on the time of day - i.e., mostly rolling with whatever time it is in the game based on a whole series of activities, one right after another.

Have you noticed that if you FT in Wildlands, time changes based on how long it would "normally" take to reach the destination via road, versus in Breakpoint, there's no time passed beyond a minute or two - truly lazy.

Then we would all have failed the mission in the live event where we had 9 minutes to get from one side of the island to the other side of the island.

    Edit: no cake.
I'll go change my name then.
    Yes, hi all

Yeah what a great design that was ...

I didn't even notice that there was a timer, so blew it based on that factor. Then with the re-set from the nearest biv, did the last part - totally anti-climatic,

Oh, sorry about no cake - someone at Ubisoft dropped the ball on that ...

It was that I had read it on the forum that there was that timer on there, as I didn't notice it either and was lazily walking around filling up ammo, checking boxes... and then found that timer at 6.5 minutes. Oops, quick map, FT, run towards the objective. Now I just can't remember if the mission had to be done during that time as well, or that the timer stopped suddenly as I approached the objective.

Oh man, but you promised. I had so looked forward to cake in these miserable times.
