    Help

    How do I remove the message in the bottom left corner of the screen ? " Synchronization is currently slow. Your entitlements will be granted to you shortly." It never goes away. Even if I can't fix the synchronization issue I would like the message to go away.

    Hi folks! Have either of you tried clearing the cache on your Xbox Series X|S yet? This usually resolves similar issues, so I would highly recommend giving it a try. To do this, please power down your console, then unplug it from the wall for at least two minutes. Once this has been done, feel free to plug your Xbox Series X|S back into the outlet and power it back on! Additionally, please let us know if our basic troubleshooting steps improve this issue for either one of you.
