Hi folks! Have either of you tried clearing the cache on your Xbox Series X|S yet? This usually resolves similar issues, so I would highly recommend giving it a try. To do this, please power down your console, then unplug it from the wall for at least two minutes. Once this has been done, feel free to plug your Xbox Series X|S back into the outlet and power it back on!
