    i also have this problem it just says 1 pack failed but my husband has a steam account for this game and it works fine

    If you do happen to be facing the issue, in order to resolve this, we would recommend you to try completing steps outlined in the articles below (depending on the platform you play on):

    PC
    PS4/PS5
    Xbox One/Series X/S

    Should problem persist after completing these, let us know!

    Just to keep you updated, this has been passed onto and is being investigated by the game team, however we do kindly ask that those who haven't done so already, please attempt the troubleshooting above to see if this resolves your issue and to then let us know if there are any changes

    Hi everyone, thanks for posting in the thread, an investigation into this was opened recently where players experience the 'Unlock Failed' message when trying to open an Alpha Pack.

    If you have exhausted the troubleshooting given for your platform -

    Please let us know the following, as we are adding player names effected to our investigation into this -

    - Ubisoft username
    - Platforms you have experienced this on so far
    - Date when this last experienced this in game
    - Did you receive any duplicates instead / Does the pack remain in your inventory?

    We will do our best to keep you updated on the investigation when we hear further news, if we need to ask more questions we will update this thread in the future. Thank you for your help.

    Hi my ubisoft user name is shazstjohn i am a new player i dont play multi player ... Platform i have no idear tried today to get pack failed i cant get a duplicate as im still waiting to get an alpha pack to work cheers please help platforms sorry am so new to this PC

    Hi,

    I have the same Problem. But I think there is a misunderstanding. The problem is that I/we couldn‘t even buy the alpha packs. The message pops up when you select some packs to buy. So you don‘t have any pack at that time.
    I tried on 50 Packs. But the effect is on all options

    Ubisoft Name: THiXiHT
    Console: Playstation 5
    Nickname PS5: THiXiHT
    First Date was 08.03.2021

    Ubisoft please try to detect and solve this issue
