Hi everyone, thanks for posting in the thread, an investigation into this was opened recently where players experience the 'Unlock Failed' message when trying to open an Alpha Pack.

Please let us know the following, as we are adding player names effected to our investigation into this -
- Ubisoft username
- Platforms you have experienced this on so far
- Date when this last experienced this in game
- Did you receive any duplicates instead / Does the pack remain in your inventory?

I have the same Problem. But I think there is a misunderstanding. The problem is that I/we couldn‘t even buy the alpha packs. The message pops up when you select some packs to buy. So you don‘t have any pack at that time.
I tried on 50 Packs. But the effect is on all options
