    When I purchased the game via the store and did not receive the game in my library.

    Unfortunately, you're going to have to contact Ubisoft support. Did you buy it from the Ubisoft connect app on your pc? This happens quite a lot. It happened to me back when the game launched ( when the app was still Uplay) and I have seen a few other posts about this. I actually called support and they refunded my money in about 2 weeks. I will not buy anything via the app any more, instead I make my purchases from the Ubisoft website.

I took a peek at your account and I do see you have already made a ticket with your support team, so I would continue working with them to ensure your game and content is delivered to you.
