    Grouping, editing object and properties.

    Hi. Total noob here.

I first got an oil drum, stuck a flame in the top, added an omnilight then some sound.
When I found you could get all that premade I swapped out that can fire for the pre-rendered one.
I dragged the omnilight over to the new flame. I then copied the omnilight and intended to move it to the centre section of the barrel to look like the metal was glowing from the heat.

When I click the copied omlilight I don't get any properties dialogue. How come?
Also, how do I group objects so that If I want to move the barrel around all the omnilights move with it?

Oh, where the hell IS the editor manual??

    PC editor being used.

The copied omnilight should have properties, are you sure you don't have the barrel selected by mistake?
You can't 'group' but you can select multiple objects that will then move as a unit. Hold Ctrl key and click objects. Or just click and draw a 'box' around them

The official manual seems to be gone, but this Steam page has, I think, most of the info:

Ah, er. The properties window was closed.

BTW, was the manual a pdf?

The manual was a website. But the Steam guide pretty much goes deeper. :P
