Summit the third floor should have been clear.
After the summit clear, I turned into three times of prize money necks.
It is not a phenomenon only for oneself.
The same phenomenon was reported in several people on the outside bulletin board.

I'm having this issue as well. At seemingly random intervals the daily s.t.a.r.s projects will reset and have completely different completion criteria. I've seen it switch from complete 3 summit floors to complete 3 bounties at least 4 different times now and I've only been logged in for maybe 45 minutes

Just had it happen again. The stars project had the completion criteria of complete 3 summit floors. Traveled to the summit and it changed yo complete 3 bounties. Travelled back to dc and guess what? It changed back to complete 3 summit floors. Care to explain or maybe acknowledge the issue at all?

I notice (in my case), then it changes everytime I die.
But I just encountered earlier a different one. If I go to the Summit, it changes to Bounties. When I go back to DC, it changes to Summit.

I cannot speak English.
Other people are doing a similar report.
I do not report the phenomenon.
