"the crew" game, which I added to my account in 2016 as part of the Ubisoft birthday promotion (to be honest, it was a reason why I created an account in Ubisoft), now requires a purchase of the full version in the library.. can I get a full version back?. also, I cant contact my native support department, day after day appears info, it's close and I should look for another way to get help, so I hope someone from support will read my post here. Thank You.

If the game is not launching correctly -
- Make sure you're signed in to the correct Ubisoft account. You could sign out then sign back in again to be sure.
- Make sure you're running the latest version of Ubisoft Connect. One good way to do this is to simple re-install the application, as it's quick and easy to do.

first I want to thank you for your time and help
unfortunately, the game is listed as a full version, but in fact, it is limited, there is an option to buy in the library, and once launched, the game only allows you to complete the tutorial.
I will try to include current screenshots as soon as I change the language settings.
logging out or logging in doesn't change anything, and neither does reinstallation.

I can't confirm this on the EU web store as The Crew isn't listed when I check it - however I have found that at times the Ubisoft Connect store can list EU figures, with local currency tags, this is then corrected at checkout, so the second price will be correct.
As for the game itself - do you recall where you purchased / obtained it from and if it was advertised as the full version and if so, have you ever not had a trial lockout / warning?

hi. like I wrote in my first post, I obtained that game directly from Ubisoft, in 2016 as a gift. I never was banned or warned in this game. I have no Twitter or Facebook, cause I don't like such media, and I don't want to have any of these, cause I simply not agree with their privacy policy. The live chat button on the support site is grayed for me. Looks like it is permanently unavailable, at the weekend it was obvious, but info about work hours triggered me a little bit when on Monday I discovered it is still not available the whole day long.
when I tried to contact support, appeared info, that's they due circumstances work only by live chat (which is great for me) BUT THERE IS ALSO INFO THAT SAYS...
that can be funny if You are not irritated.
