    Connection issues

    My games on subscription keep crashing because it claims. I have no Internet connection... But I have a steady connection and top spec pc please help

    Hi OldStar39! I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing constant crashing. I understand how frustrating this can be to deal with! Moving forward, please try emptying Ubisoft Connect's cache. This can actually resolve various technical problems, so it would be beneficial to try here to see if you notice any improvements. Aside from that, I would try completing our connectivity guide in full. That will help optimize the connection between our online services and yours, which will ultimately get this error resolved. However, if you do not notice any improvements after completing these suggestions, please create a ticket at support.ubi.com.
