I don't blame you for the issue unless you are the one who made that bug. I claim about it just because here is an official GRB forum for Ubisoft to hear what their customers' are saying. No other malicious reason or purpose at all.

So let's calm down and talk about it more in detail.

Using a cloaking spray is essential, not just optional for Panther class. It should be patched immediately.

I hope the developers will understand how serious this broken-spray issue is, and they will release its fix as soon as possible.

When doing an infiltration near drones - especially near a very strong one like the Behemoth, there is very little point to play as a Panther if its cloaking spray is broken and not working at the right moment. The fact that a Panther fail to use its spray properly frustrates its player a lot.

Also, please note: In my common sense, not only 'after' its cooldown is over, but a player should also be able to reapply the cloaking spray 'before' its cooldown is over to prevent thoroughly being detected in advance.

So far in my experience, it happens 'sometimes' that I cannot reapply the cloaking spray 'after' the cooldown, but it 'always' happens that I cannot reapply the spray 'before' cooldown is over.

For any reason if from the beginning the game developers had intentionally designed the game so that a Panther class can reapply its cloaking spray only after - not before - its cooldown is over, then I might accept it. But if it is actually just another bug, please don't forget to fix it too.

I do understand working as a team in company with other departments is not as easy as it sounds, but please make it up as it is a very critical issue.
