The best value for money I've ever had in a game by a huge margin.

I'd be more than happy to pay for map expansions like WONY on a regular basis. I hope they will build them.

The game was released in the pre Alpha phase of both content development and bugs, and even now still has some day 1 bugs that they've never bothered to fix (I had one just the other day where reinforcements when trying to capture a CP just run against a wall and won't enter the area required for the control point to be captured).

Seasons are one of the worst things to ever happen to modern computer games as it gives developers a lazy way out of content creation by simply tweaking existing content and selling it as something new. TD2 is no different, it's simply a micro transaction cash grab.

Raids were overly complicated, boring garbage, and legendaries were an utter chore compared to TD1.

Unless TD3 announces a minimum of a 2 year delay in the current release schedule to allow developers to release the game fully completed and major bug free, I will be hard passing on it. I got fooled twice and that's my own stupid fault, I'm not going through this bug riddled, unfinished garbage a third time.

It's also worth pointing out that one of the many reasons Ubisoft are able to get away with such an unfinished and bug riddled product is because of SOTG. They wheel out very affable and likeable characters on screen week after week who put on their best care faces and reassure all the hardcore fans who tune in that 'we're listening to your feedback', we 'want to work with you on that', 'this is a conversation we'd like to have', 'we're working on it' and other similar key note phrases.

Make sure the community think you're investing the time and money into fixing the problems that you should have put in before release, when you're actually putting every penny into the next game and simply paying lip service to the current product.

Stop the NERF'n. Get it right the first time. Offer new content quarterly. Stick to the script.

OK, I'll bite - what game has managed to "get it right" and not needed to nerf anything?

4 - because some annoying bugs would not get resolved.

6+ for my satisfaction with the game overall

I've play for around a year so I can't comment on the game before that but I've been pleased with it and have certainly had great value for money from the game. I gave it a 6 because, to me, it's still a work in progress and could be so much better with a little effort.

I really enjoyed my time with the Division 2 but I haven't played since Summit dropped. The lack of variety in that mode's environment is disappointing. I would pay for another expansion like Warlords or buy a Division 3, but I have no interest in their Avatar game.

My hope is the reason for the radio silence is Massive has something massive for the Division franchise to reveal soon. I love this IP but it just hasn't kept me around as long as I hoped.

Do you see his point though? Massive doesnt get it right the first...or fifth time. Devs that have to reduce a game mechanic (Optimization) costs by 75% just tells me they had no clue what they were doing when they came to the initial value.

Just like they have had to redesign the gear in both the first and second game (multiple times). That doesn't happen with a group that makes good game design choices.

Massive has a tendency to throw things together and fix it later, and to me that is a problem.

Yannick said in a SoTG they would continue to improve Summit...and they didn't. 1 patch after the release and they have left more than a few things broken in Summit since then. Dunno what they are doing, but doesn't seem like much.
