If Division 2 no longer received updates starting tomorrow, how satisfied would you be with what you'd be left with? Give a score for thatOriginally Posted by N3mB0t Go to original post

As much the game has done well it ahas also done unwell with bad mechanics, bad QA, rolling back certain features, rebalancing ignoring some long standing issue that has been raised for long times and just somewhat lazy new content. I understand why year 1 was somewhat lackluster with content being free due most effort going into year 2, but that doesn't explain current situation with year 2 many many many faults
I started playing TD2 last year in March so I am well behind the other updates. However, I am very satisfied with TD2. I don't PVP so I don't care about that. I have been happy with the Seasonal Manhunts and global events minus a few. I've put in 31 days into the game and that is by far the most time I have put into any game in a very long time I am really hoping they have a Season 3
The mechanics, story and world are a 10, UNTIL the full campaign is over. The end game is a 2. Replayable game modes, 2. Seasons, 1.
If you buy the game to play the campaign, wander around once in while on weekends and never really immerse in the game, you will love it and it will be money well spent.
If you want this to be an ongoing game of new game modes, content drops, expansions, you know an actual live service game you can enjoy for years, you'll be very very disappointed.
We all know it's a wonderful, unique and addicting game. Massive just gave up on it and neglected the game so baddly from bugs to content to communication with the community, that they cut the head off the golden goose. Theres a lot of good will and transparency that needs to happen over the next year or two to restore any faith in this studio or franchise.

I had a blast and it still helps me kill time.
But the rollercoaster the game had regarding to loot and balancing issues made the experience a bit bitter sometimes, so i think 5 is fair. Even with the optimization cost haircut.
Money well spent though...joined a bit late to the party, about 2 weeks before WONY came out, but since Gear 2.0 released at the same time, i barely missed anything.
