Good morning,
I would like to know if other users also have a problem related to the group chat that does not work.
I have an Xbox One S, I have tried clearing the cache and resetting the network configuration as I have read in other online guides, but I have no positive results.
I type the text, with the down arrow key, but after confirming, the group chat window does not appear.
I think that group chat is important for communication with your game team, you can use the microphone but you don't always have a suitable group, most of the time the user has it off or doesn't want to or doesn't can speak english.
Many have the mic off because at home there is confusion and if you turn on the microphone it disturbs the whole group.
Sometimes I can write to users directly through the xbox service, or I could do a chat group, but they are all invasive systems for personal privacy and a "generic" communication system is needed for the whole team.
Especially in difficult, heroic or legendary missions, raids etc etc, where team play is essential.
In the chat, somehow we understand each other.
I accept advice to solve.
After a series of tests and personal tests, I answer this post by myself because maybe it can be useful for someone with the same problem.
I have performed all the tests and resets of the console (xbox one S) and the network to no avail.
I solved it by changing some privacy restrictions on the Xbox Live account, where I had selected the restrictions regarding private messages from other users not in the friends list.
I didn't know these Microsoft account restrictions were going to work directly with the game in question The Division 2.
Now everything works smoothly.
Thanks again for your help and ideas regarding this issue.
As always, good day everyone.
