Been trying to buy Watch Dogs legion through Ubisoft connect, and keep getting an error.

I've tried to file a support request, but whenever I press submit request, it just takes me back up to the "We might already have solved issues", which doesnt solve my issue whatsoever.

I had this issue when using the website and the amount was still placed as a hold on my card for days the solution least for me was to purchase through the connect client.
