I've been dreaming of an underwater mission in Ghost Recon since the release of Assassin's Creed Black Flag. For some reason, the assassins can dive and swim deep under water, but the soldiers of the modern special forces can not. If there was at least 1 mission in which a Nomad with a team stormed the underwater base of the "Wolves" with the help of scuba gear and mini submarines, I would forgive a lot, I swear! But this is not the case.

Honestly, it doesn't take much for me to love Breakpoint forever:
    1. The ability to hang tactical handles on the weapon as I want, and not as I am allowed.
    2. Camouflage in the game would not only be an ornament, but really work and hide from the enemy.
    3. AI-teammates fired only from the weapons issued by me, could use grenade launchers or throw grenades.
    4. Underwater missions.
    5. AI-partners did not just appear, and everyone would have to be found or saved, completing missions, then choosing from those who are there-who exactly, what specialist, to take with you.
    6. The plot and history of the game... unfortunately, it can't be fixed.

Listed 5 points to what is already there - and almost a perfect game for me.

They missed a good chance in this game during episode 3 to have you do a mission inside the Submarine instead of just frying it from the outside.
For by that though I think most people would be fairly happy if there was even just a few normal water based missions like a Cargo ship anchored off the coastline and another in one of the main ports.
Adding Sentinel Boat patrols with a Radio operator and mini guns onboard would add a nice basic gameplay aspect.

Sounds great to me. Do I expect to see ANY of it? Not really.

While I'm on the topic of **** we'll never see.....................MODDING! Time for Ubi to shift it's corporate paradigm and get behind, or at least "allow" modding. Code the next GR in such a manner that modding textures, lighting, and stat tweaking, etc are easily accomplished. Or REALLY flip me out by releasing an "official "modding tool set for us to use.

You mean to add coordinated movement for AI team mates and squad-based tactical mechanics in a tactical shooter game!?
Where do you get all this esoteric knowledge from!?
I thought all of these concepts and designs for complex friendly AI behaviour, features and commands were lost forever in the fire that consumed Red Storm's Hall of Records back in 2007.

So, there's still hope for the genre...

A game can put every single aspect of it in a store if it wants, as long as it can still be fairly obtained through gameplay it's fine by me.

This is what the next Ghost Recon should be.
Why have modern warfare again, since all Ghost Recon has been since its first game? What's being asked on that topic is just a Call of Duty Modern Warfare in a Ghost Recon style.
Also, about Wildlands, I'm 80% complete on it and haven't seen a good part of the MTX content that can be gotten through gameplay as you say so. Breakpoint I saw lots and lots of weapons already, while having just done the Amber Sky and 5 or so story missions. And lots more items than I've seen on Wildlands, despite being done with 80% of it.

About what's being asked, that's basically it. Since the first game, we basically dealt with Dictators, Korean War and themes like that, all modern warfare. Wildlands was the different one in the franchise, since we dealt with a drug cartel and Breakpoint, with a Technological PMC.
And yes, It can be compared to COD in regards to themes.
About content, yes, the content you mentioned didn't show up for me, despite being 80% done with the game.

It's assumed you haven't been doing any of the daily challenges, correct?
