Hi all, Not really sure what to do, no support ticket option. So close to getting the platinum, but orthinology and wingnut seemed to be glitched. I have all phosphors and wings.

I have tried full reinstall, re-completing from old saves etc. I can post video of me killing final enemy and my inventory and the trophy still not dropped if needs be. But id rather Ubisoftquebec would just address it like a professional studio - look what codemaster recently did for bugged trophies. This is the worst type of bug to leave as it shows utter disrespect for gamers and customers - ie we dont care about 60 hours of your time, we have your money, we’ll just ignore it

Anyway - I had just finished 12 labours as well, i was well chuffed, no dlc for me until those trophies pop.

Not sure how forum works, cant log supprot ticket atm - any devs on here like to shed light on when this will be fixed? Lol

Hey! I thought both of these trophies hadn’t popped for me either. I didn’t realise that for the Ornithology, you need to complete the myth board completely 80/80 myth challenges.

I think for the wings, you need to travel to a trophy room that only appears after doing all of the myth challenges also.

Hey, thankyou - i will check trophy room - but i have just done 80/80 myth challenges, thats the most painful thing! I only did it for the trophy lol my inventory shows all 17 phosphors and 15 wings

I'm having the similar issue, but with multiple trophies while playing on PS4. Firstly, a bit of context... I started playing the game on Switch (20 hours in so far) and today bought the PS4 version for some cross-platform play with nicer graphics - I started playing this afternoon and tried to unlock some trophies. Now, I realise that the trophies won't retrospectively unlock on PS4, so I totally understand that any story related ones will need to be done again on a new save.

The issue seems to be that I've already met the trophy/achievement requirements while playing on the Switch, so when the save is brought across to the PS4 the game seems to think they've already been unlocked. My guess is that the game itself has a tracking system for trophy requirements, and once that's been acheived on one platform (e.g. Switch) it no longer allows it to unlock on the other platform (e.g. PS4) regardless if those requirements have been met for a second time.

The trophies that I seem to be locked out of are:
- Oceancookie
- Among the Stars
- Moonlight Treasure
- Toot or Boot
- Toil and Trouble
- Join the Creed
- Beauty's in the Eye
- One Chore Down
- Shard Miner
- The Floor is Lava

Again, yes, I have fulfilled the requirements for each of these trophies a second time on PS4... yet they fail to unlock seemingly because I've already fulfilled the requirements on Switch.

I doubt this is by design and suspect that it might be a cross-platform bug. I've seen multiple forum threads on Ubisoft and Reddit about very similar trophy/acheivement related issues.

Ubisoft, are you aware of these trophy issues? Is there a fix in the works?

Hey, so they got back to me on Twitter saying they are aware of trophies not popping, does not fill me with to much hope - but at least a level of acknowledgment - i dont hold out much hope though. Really wanted dlc but out of principle i wont support the studio until they fix it
