So as a cherry on top, your final reward after beating (final) Trial of Zeus, and whole DLC is bug which prevents you from completing it at the the very end after beating 4 wraiths + 1 legendary hecatoncheires on same arena, you just stuck and have to redo entire vault. But not sure this will help and I just waste my time again. Well done Ubi. I think you well deserved 1/10 this time on both popular critic platforms.

Yikes. That’s not good.
I tend to take review sites with a grain of salt. Tastes vary so much that one person’s ‘game of the year’ is another person’s ‘don’t bother’. What really bothers me, though, is that the reviews talk about this DLC as being ‘all puzzles’. No!!! Platforming has nothing to do with puzzles! Call it what it is...I love puzzles but this seems more like just a twitch-fest.
FWIW, I would willingly call Fenyx Rising ‘game of the year’. The main game is outstanding.

Why do i even bother has Ubisoft ever released a good DLC pack? The initial game is easily an all time favorite and then this DLC just says, **** you. I have only started playing Athenas quest and EVERY piece has been so non informative and meticulous I just screamed trying to get the treasure box at the end. No info, no reset, nothing. ****-.

I don't expect Ubisoft's senior management to spend lots of time on this board, that's true. Maybe I'm being a bit of a Pollyanna, but there are moderators here. I would like to think that if someone says something really useful, those mods will get it to the right person.
Or maybe not. I dunno.

From my time on these forums as a Moderator (see my join date), I know threads are being read by the Community Representatives, and Community Managers who then relay any feedback to the development team.
The Ubisoft Support Staff also pass on all the feedback they receive regarding bugs and such to the developers who then decide which bugs and glitches are prioritised for future patches.
To suggest that Ubisoft don't care about Community feedback is nonsensical.
Just because they don't always reply, that doesn't mean they aren't reading the posts.

To me the whole DLC is just unneccessarily hard. I never really liked puzzles and vaults, I avoided them and did them once in a while so they don't get on my nerves on main game. I really thought that DLC will be great but it isn't. I often sit in the dungeons and have no clue what the game even wants me to do and then I end up doing nothing than following a video guide and fail anyways 'cause of timing, jumping, whatever.
I played it now since few hours, I finished maybe 2-3 vaults only and it's no fun at all. Not even Ares vault is fighting. I really have no interest to spend one hour or more in a single vault to beat it and do that with a dozen vaults since they are WAY HARDER than in main game.
Sorry, but to me they are unbeatable.
I even changed my game difficulty to "story mode" in hope the puzzles and things might get easier a bit to me to get through them. Unfortunatly not. So the explanation about story mode to chill walk thorugh the story is a super lie in DLC.
I love Fenyx with my heart and my soul but this DLC is just awful.
Seems like if I wanna know how the game's story will end I have to watch YT videos, thanks Ubisoft.

And that’s my biggest problem...’story’ mode is a literal request to the devs to ‘go easy on me’. There are other modes that are harder if someone wants to play them. I won’t lie, I was brought to tears in more than one vault by a combination of hand pain and frustration. In the end, there are maybe 8-10 vaults that I gave up on.
I am not entirely sure how to make the platforming easier...perhaps a way of slowing time, like we can do with our arrows. Or, in story mode, just turn off the moving parts that exist just to knock the player off the platform he just spent an hour trying to reach. And for the love of Zeus, turn off the darn timers!!!
There are other games in this genre I love that I will never play because the developers sneer at the idea of ‘easy mode’. (Souls series, anyone?). I really do appreciate the addition of a super-easy mode here. It just needs a little more work, that’s all.
(updated) I finished the game today. It took me about 110 hours plus another 2 1/2 hours once I reached Typhon's vault. I won a rare achievement called 'Putting in overtime' HAHAHA.
It's a lovely game. I started a new game plus but didn't go too far yet. I just played a bit while Assassin's Creed Odyssey was downloading to my XBOX.
