So, I spent a bit of time earning rewards in Wildlands for GRB, but when the game came out, like a lot of people, I didn't like it, so I dropped it. I came back later when improvements had been made and started again. I found that I could no longer claim my earned rewards. For some unfathomable reason, they're not bound to our accounts, or rather they are, but not implemented properly.
I let it slide for a good while as I never loved the game, but I'm playing it a bit more now, so I contacted support to try and get this sorted out, and they told me that no, I can only claim them on my first character, and they wouldn't help me.
This is absolutely ridiculous. It's like Ubi are trying to push people away. I've been a Uplay subber on and off since it launched and have many Ubi games and points racked up, and all I get is "computer says no" when I try and claim content I spent time earning. These people don't deserve our custom.
You definitely need to escalate that and don't let the ticket close out, because that's just wrong. I've unlocked them on four different saves now. The primary issue I'm aware of is that since they introduced 'immersive' mode and people have turned gear score off, for whatever reason that disables Holt's prompts to collect the rewards. If you turn gear score on (and possibly exit/re-enter Erewhon, on foot and not fast travel), he should have the prompts needed to collect the rewards.Originally Posted by RaMan1972 Go to original post
