    Requirements not met

    When I try to join any match its directly drops me out and then I get the message "requirements not met" and then I get the 10 mins matchmaking penalty.

    Anyone knows about this or has a solution?

    Driver Load Error (1296)

    Hey sorry, to come in this post like this but since you here, why im getting a erro opening any game on ubisoft connect ? alredy reinstal the ubisoft connect and still get the error

    Hey Ubi-Ginge, I dont get any other errors, just it through me out of the match just as I am about to join a match and then I get the 10 mins penalty for matchmaking.
    I am on PC.

    snowking72 - I've taken a look and I can see that our team is investigating this further. To assist in the investigation, I recommend opening up a support ticket so we can collect some additional files from you. You can reach our support teams here:
    - Open a Support ticket
    - Start a Live chat (Please check your regional opening times!)
    - Twitter and Facebook

    When opening a support ticket, please can you have the following files ready to attach/send:
    - An MSinfo and a DxDiag
    - Your launcher logs
    - An image of your port forwarding settings. Please ensure these have been configured correctly.
