In the history of this game they only take feedback to heart once the player numbers dropped enough.
Ah yes, because the Imperial Dynasty holster being OP caused the player base to dive

Zone health should be removed, because now it favours snipers...making it less useful for other weapon types.

The problem with the Achilles pulse is that doing literally anything else ends up being better. What's better: Generating a weakpoint then shooting that, or just just shooting the target combined with almost any other skill?

Now...maybe if other skills interacted with the Achilles pulse. Like drones/turrets shoot the weakpoint for bonus damage. Sure. That'd actually be pretty cool! But again, it would have to do equal or more damage than an existing skill to be worth even activating. :/
I'm only here to shoot things. Having a skill that makes shooting things better [or in this case, eliminating the only weakness of one build] is an improvement for me.

I probably won't use this skill either [I'd rather have the extra XP of the Skill limiting directives]. I rarely ever use mine now. But this could be the best skill for me.

Point being, constructive feedback (as opposed to simply saying "this sucks") can result in improvements.
How many more ideas have been suggested since? Most completely ignored.

Yes, because many of them are stupid - for example.

Yeah that example was. Doesn't mean others haven't been good. Unfortunately they've been ignored.

I already listed a few examples where feedback was acted on. For another example, Merphee suggested adding optional objectives to Summit. Which we got in the form of challenges. And we know they're going to change the costs associated with optimization.

You also need to remember that "good" is always subjective. Someone considers the Scorpio OP for example - who should the devs listen to? Or if you really want to rile people up, bring up the idea of a "PvE Dark Zone"

Point being, it's good that players provide constructive feedback. However, devs need to consider the broader impact of any changes - i.e. how does it affect PvE vs PvP (whether they do a good job at this is a separate question), how much effort would it take to develop, what impact would it have on performance, how would it affect other game mechanics?

Generally speaking, Achilles pulse is a bad skill right now. I mean, it can let you do headshot damage to robots I guess. But how is that better than just repeatedly shooting the damn things and freeing your skill slot for something else?

If they want it to be good, then make it so any pulsed enemy will take full headshot damage to ANY weakpoint hit, and count ANY weakpoint hit as though it was a headshot for all mechanics.
Having a highlighted "head" could never be better than the jammer pulse. Two hits from the jammer and purple warhounds deconstruct, all while shooting something else entirely.

The Achilles pulse is just not well thought out. I have zero use for a passive skill and that says nothing about how boring a skill it is. No to boring skills!

Achillies pulse was thought out with Named enemies in mind. Why would you bother using it against red bars or basic elites in the first place?
    For example, Striker gear set.
Everybody complain, that they can't keep stacks for long during missions. Guess what? You don't have to. Those stacks can increase your damage drastically. I mean, really. Chameleon, Memento, 4pc Striker. Critical hits with 60% crit chance goes up 900k per bullet (headshot) with 1000+ RPM. It melts tanks or robots, since i can easily get all stacks. That is the way of playing that set (you don't need that much damage against red or purple bars anyway).

Same goes to Achillies pulse. It was made to finish off fat targets. So pulse a fat elite/named enemy, shoot him down way quicker. Done.
