    Can't acvitate Twitch Drops

    Hello.
    I can't activate twitch drops at https://drops-register.ubi.com for some reason. When I try to do this, an error pops up saying: "An error has occurred while enabling rewards. Please contact Customer Support." Well... I did, two times. My first try was 2 months ago, and support just sent me F.A.Q. with possible solutions. I've tried everything - from different browser to different PC and phone. I also tried using VPN, linking and unlinking Twitch and Ubisoft account. Second attempt was a few days, they just sent me the same link with F.A.Q. - I said that I've tried it already and got an answer from them "We know about this issue and we're gonna fix it soon. Sorry for the inconvenience". This is annoying AF, they answered me the same text 2 MONTHS ago. I couldn't get previous drops because of this! Now I really want to get S.I 2021 Drops and I just can't. Just so you know, those support messages were from Russian support even though I wrote my message in English. I really hope that you're gonna help me with this. Thanks.

    Also I've tried to create a new Ubisoft account and link it with my Twitch account, and it worked flawlessly. So, i suppose the issue is with my main Ubisoft account, not Twitch.

    Nothing helps tried to contact them everything. It's so bullsh*t at the moment that ubisoft cant fix this problem.

    Yeah, i even changed my country to another one via support - didn't help either. They also said like: try to change the country on Twitch but there's no option to do that...
