Still I sometimes cannot apply additional cloaking sprays after its cooldown is over (in version 3.1.0 - the latest as of now).

I reported the bug about a month ago, and other players also had reported it.

now it says:

Players unable to apply additional cloaking sprays after the cooldown is over.
• Our team is currently investigating the issue.

When will the next update with its fix released? I worry I have to wait a few more months when I'm already sick and tired of this game.

* question: what does TU stands for? If it stands for 'Title Update', what is difference between TU and non-TU?

We cannot confirm when this update will be released I'm afraid. Please keep an eye on the forums for updates on this and as soon we can confirm anything definitive we will do so. A title update is more of a major update to the game than a regular patch, Title updates often tend to contain gameplay updates as well as bug fixes whereas a patch is typically more aligned towards just bug fixes.
