My short list of things I'd like to see:

1. A watch function to see what time it is without having to whip out a drone.
2. Change colors of bandages. Its ridiculous that they'd still be plastering white in this situation. Or give us the option to remove them whenever without having to change class/use a medkit/reload game/etc.
3. New knife animations.
4. AI should deploy NVG when player does like in wildlands.

Now the real big thing off the list that we need thats holding the game back is:

Coop/multi-player. We need improvements to coop and we need better match making to actually be able to team up with people doing like minded activities. Right now the game is in a slump because we have all these weapons, camos, gear pieces, etc but we can't show them or experience them with other players because match making doesn't work and the incentive to match making isn't there. We need a restructure or something. And we shouldn't be required to use 3rd party software to find groups either, and finding groups in the forums just isn't sustainable.

Eventually the empty world void of others is what will make the game bottom out long before the game deserves because this is a fantastic game.
