I suggest that if you want to change Highlander change his moveset a bit.
Change: Make him only do kicks now except he can fient them.
No longer can fient unblockables to kick.
Crush-counter comes from top like wardens
No longer has hyperarmor on light attacks because hes just another spamming shugoki
Fix lack of animations and backing up after doing a starting light.
This is my opinion don't come out to me negative. I just want to address this as my opinion. Make it something in the testing grounds. It seems that HL is a hard person to go against but I think maybe this will even him out. I will be writing a new testing ground idea after you guys post a about the 4 heros Warden, PK, Nobushi, and Shugoki reworks.
The Future Post will be about 4 heros I will post about in the new training grounds after the 4 hero's Warden, PK, Nobushi,and Shugoki reworks are in the game. One of I just wrote about above areactually one of them.
Those are some really stupid suggestions. Highlander was balanced, it's just after CCU all frame data was standardized, but there was reason why his normal attacks were slow af, they were negatives that balanced his offence. But all that unique balance was thrown out a window by some idiots. Also speeding up really f*cked up all his animations, he doesn't even move like real human anymore, he wields ridiculously big sword like it's a toy. It makes sense for short and light weapon to be fast, and for Big and long wepons to be slow because physic, but CCU said: Physics? What physics? At that point they can add FADC to the game.
