Discussion Question
Hey I have a very controversial question from the community. Do you think Ubisoft doesn't care about fixing a lot of the feedback/common complaints that the Just Dance fandom has been giving them? Because over the years, I have noticed that after JD2015 and after JD2017, alot of the choices that JD has made has caused a massive uproar and a lot of hatred in the fandom due to the quality of the dances. And the Just Dance team seems to be aware of the issues and have honestly done nothing to fix the fan's problem with the series. So could that mean the Just Dance team doesn't care about the quality of their games, right? Because the series will gain a lot more hate than what it was originally getting if they don't listen to the fans.

Hi Aaron,
a fast answer is: I don't think they don't care (and I'm saying that having myself several complaints about JD2021).
But I think they're not really good in communication (sorry to the Community Manager).
Creating a video game is not always about what your community wants, but what you think could surprise them (sometimes it succeed, sometimes not).
But what I agree with you, is without answers to the community about creative choices, about global problems (like "due to the global pandemic we couldn't work as usual on choreography, feedbacks, user reviews"), about no update on the world dance floor (why the WDF is so poor compared to previous JD???), the only feeling the community can feel is: "they don't really care abous us".
In the end, my head wants to give a thoughtful answer to your question (because it's not all black and white), but if I just listen to my feelings, I agree with you.
So, if by any chances a CM is reading this post, please, report to anyone in charge: we would love a bit more communication, because it's so frustrating

I think it is a problem on both sides, there is a lack of communication to and from us. Specific cases are when there are valid questions in the forum, but there is no positive or negative answer, or when you see that there are new posts demanding or simply insulting.
There are times when Just Dancers also misinterpret the information that is given to us. It is our duty to research and not assume things before buying. The best example is the PS5 camera, but you can see that no official website said that it could be used. Supposedly the information was taken to the corresponding area, but that does not mean that there is going to be a patch or something like that.
