Hiya,

So after not logging on for a while to for honor I realized I had been given the beta and alpha emblems from the ubi store, despite the fact I never even considered playing the game at the time. Whilst they are pretty sick emblems it wouldn't feel right gaining them illegitimately, so if there is than can be done about this it'd be great.

It seems like I have been given every single thing in the store, could tell is as I have never owned steep and have the emblem pack

1,000 of old Ubisoft Club rewards were given out to everyone when they switched to Ubisoft Connect back in October 2020. Not a glitch and not an error, it was intentional. I don't know why a Ubisoft employee doesn't have that information.

Right, play on and off with UBI games and after having to fully wipe my pc didn't even realise there was a new client until I wanted to play for honor, cheers!

Bellicose1776 is correct! It looks like these emblems were unlocked for all players following the transition to Ubisoft Connect. It's possible there was a little confusion regarding this and whether it was linked to having Ubisoft+, so apologies for that.
