The location of the programmer makes no difference whatsoever. I would even argue that tapping a cell phone is easier than walking down the hall for a consultation. I'd even add that screen sharing is a thing even when they're in the same building. I don't see how remote working makes any difference.
You've clearly not worked on a creative project where collaboration is important. Being able to whiteboard an idea is easier in person than having to draw something in an app. Being able to create a prototype, have someone play, then adjust it in real-time it is easier in person than doing so remotely. Being able to see playtesters try something in person is different from watching them over a stream. Being able to check whether the color grading is correct is better done on a calibrated screen in a consistently lighted room than having to do it on whatever monitor you happen to have at home.

Remember, multiple AAA studios have had to adjust timelines (e.g. CDPR, Bungie) for their games over the last year, so it's clearly not just an issue for Massive.

Well, what if that particular person or persons do not have access to certain things that could be on their desktop at their actual place of business? It's actually a legit excuse. I can't work from home because I don't have access to certain things from my computer at work than can only be accessed while at work. Before you go down this road, No, not all companies will let you access things from your house that you can access from your actual building where you work.

The quickest and easiest kill is to blow the chest and take anything around them with. Unfortunately the weak point is about 5 times harder to blow than it used to be, and if you're within 20 feet, you're blowing up with them.
I like how we gained an extra 2 feet since last post.

In all honesty, if you're in a situation where that much crap is happening, you screwed up a long time before the rusher reached you.

I've been creating a build archive starting with Hunter's Fury on heroic. And you can definitely let the rushers get closer than that and be ok. Shooting the legs and head IS more difficult, but with a little practice(just like everything else) it can also definitely be a life saver.

I was actually starting to warm up to you and there you go with the condescending all knowing attitude again. Shame.

Chalk it up to lost in translation.

I was laughing with you at the situation, not talking down.

Well, it's been two weeks, so for the record, I voted #1. All the skeptics who voted for #5 seem to have forgotten that there was radio silence prior to the Warlords reveal.

Let's see Year 3 , more money down the drain for some crappy expansion , some new ***** exotics, a game still full of broken stuff a DZ full of ******* cheaters and a bunch of Developers that still wont listen to their gaming community who are the ones that actually play the game....

    No one’s talking about TD3.
    Neither Massive nor Ubisoft...

We need to reduce problems first, right?
And admit that the DZ could be improved!

What I'm really fearing is another gear reset to level 50 with not enough new content to make anyone bother. If that happens, start carving the headstone for this game.

There is but one job posting across all of Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment which pertains to The Division title, and that job is an infrastructure engineer job -- maybe that person will fix the lag? LOL.

So if there is a Division 3 planned, or another expansion of TD2, they are filling it with existing resources -- which I don't think is likely.

I think we have to face the facts.... the end might be near.
