1 day playtime, now my accnt is stopped???
i payed for 30 DAYS i recieved only 1 day playtime...
fix this...WTH very bad mistakes from, this company
SOOO i payed 15 euros on 10 january 2021 15:11 dutch time
i used ubisoft+ and its content.
next day i wasnt able the use ubisoft plus as my subscription was stopped(no further information)
is there a way to get the gametime on ubisoft plus back? ! or my money back?
thanks in advance..
and yes i read the F.A.Q. but this case is special and doesnt apply so plz help me and dont send me to FAQ section

i just updated my payment info because the website had asked for this
now another 14.99 euro got written of my skrill mastercard.
so total 30 euro paid but still i cannot play!

Hello Tisko199999992! I am very sorry that you have not been able to access your Ubisoft+ Subscription! When reviewing your account it looks like the Subscription is currently active. Are you still unable to play the games from the Subscription? Also, if you were charged twice for one Subscription, you should receive a refund for the duplicate charge within 7-10 business days from the purchase date. However, if you do not receive a refund after that time, please create a support ticket to contact our Commerce team for additional assistance.
