    The division 2 is broken, won't launch

    When I try launching The division I have a windows warning before launching thedivision2 launcher after that, I have a ubisoft connect popup (empty popup : https://i.imgur.com/XFkkcKm.png) that load for... infinite time ? I stopped after 20 minutes ...

    I tried to uninstall/reinstall, check the files, deactivate the overlay on ubisoft connect, etc. etc. nothings is working.

    Is this game already dead ? or it's just bugged ?

    Edit: randomly, when I try to launch the game, ubisoft connect says that the fils are not found ...
    I click OK on the locate files popup wihtout changing anything (the last folder is selected by default) and files are found, but still can't launch the game ...

    Some news about my problem :
    If I launch manually EACLauncher.exe or thedivision2launcher.exe, the game is launching properly.
    If I launch manually TheDivision2.exe nothing happen.

    Seems like Ubisoft Connect is not launching the right exe or something ...

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Have you tried starting the Ubisoft Connect application with Administrator Rights by any chance?

    Yeah All the Ubisoft Connect .exe files are in admin mode (in compatibility option)

    I now have the same problem with The Division (1).

    I tried reinstalling Ubisoft Connect (on top of the existing install, not a new fresh install) and it worked for 2 or 3 days and now I have the problem again.

    Edit : This issues seems highly random ...
    I didn't change anything I juste restarted Ubisoft Connect a multiple times (2 or 3 times) and suddenly it works.
    I don't know if it will work on a long term or it will happen again in 2 days though...

    Apologies fir the delay responding to this query, while I understand you may have already completed some of these steps, could we ask that you have attempt our basic troubleshooting steps as outlined here.

    If you are still receiving this error could you please provide your system reports as advised in the FAQ guides below :
