    Missing Blueprints from GRW 2 Missions Completed

    I posted about this before and I submitted a help ticket in October of last year (so it's been 2 1/2 months) and I still have yet to be awarded these two blueprints. At one point, they "awarded" me one of the 2 blueprints not as a blueprint but as a level 1 weapon. So I could hold it in my hands to look at the visual but not even use it, since it was a worthless level 1 weapon. Well, I guess I could use it if I really wanted to gimp myself. So in my mind, that was sort of like insult to injury on not giving me what I have earned. I submitted screen shots of the missions completed as well as the blueprints as missing.

    I would like to further point out that if it was in any way time-sensitive about completing the missions before a specific date, then a) I still completed one of the two before that date and b) The verbiage in-game in GRB shows just to have completed them, NOT to have completed them by a specific date. Things in the Ubisoft Club (or whatever they call it now) will very specifically show things like doing a task within a set time period, but the blueprints in-game (showing as locked) do NOT state any sort of time requirement, only that the missions be completed.

    So once again I am appealing to have these blueprints unlocked for me. At this point, having to deal with the Ubisoft CS bots for so long has been so frustrating that I would sincerely hope that someone will fix this for me because of all the headaches I've had to deal with in that area. 2 1/2 months of dealing with their bots.

    12965983. Thanks, but I sort of gave up hope on getting what I earned a long time ago. I haven't given up on the ticket and trying to get what I earned, but if indeed your CS is 100% staffed by humans, then it is literally the worst on the planet. I showed I earned the things in game according to how it was listed to unlock them. That is something that should have taken a few days to resolve, not several months. Several months with no end in sight, I might add.

    Thanks for getting back to me, Ori0n37.

    I've taken a look into the case and as mentioned by the agent, this is an ongoing issue that the development team are investigating.

    We hope to have this resolved as soon as possible, regretfully, we do not have any further information on an ETA for a resolution at present.

    I still wonder what needs to be investigated? LOL This reminds me of that one movie where the killer says stuff like... Here's a picture of me with the victim. Here's a picture of me putting a gun to the victim's head. Here's another picture of me standing over the corpse with the gun after I killed him. Here's my signed confession saying I murdered him. ... Then, the cop says No, we still think you're innocent! We must investigate further to find the real killer!

    I looked it up and can see that your case is being tackled by our regional game team, therefore due to the volume of contacts received as well as the depth of the investigation is something that may influence on how quickly we're able to get back to you, however based on the latest update, it looks like we're just simply waiting for the confirmation for your content to be granted, so this should hopefully happen sooner or later.

    That was 4 weeks ago. I originally asked for these blueprints 4 MONTHS ago now. Should I just give up and accept the fact that if I'm bugged and don't receive something I'm supposed to, I will never get it?

    Another month and no reply or news. It's now been SIX MONTHS since I first complained about missing these blueprints. Wow... just... wow. At this point, this is just sad that you can't fix what seems like a simple problem after 6 months.

    Six. Months.

    I showed proof I earned the items six months ago and I still don't have them.
