    Game has already been activated in another account ??

    Hi, so i'm just going to shoot my shot here before i give up since i can NEVER get any live chat from ANY ubisoft connect region

    I currently have 7.2 hours of gameplay of assassin's creed origins on steam and suddenly ubisoft connect says that there is an error that this game has beeen activated with another account. P.S : i have never created any other account from ubisoft connect besides my current one and suddenly it says that my assasin's creed origins cannot be played. Now i do not know whether all my assasin's creed games can even be played with my current account. Please help i really do want to play this game but im so upset with ubisoft connect. i can provide pictures with all my purchases

    Hey idunnoyoukill! I'm so sorry to hear you haven't been able to get in contact via live chat in order to figure out what's happening with your game! I'd be glad to look into it with you. Please send me a private message with your Steam profile URL. You can find this by going to your Steam profile (in the client), right clicking on the background, and selecting "Copy Page URL". I have also sent you a verification email to your "idunnoyoukill" account. Please click on the link inside that says, "Verify My Account."
