I have 3 alpha packs that I have gotten today but I can't open any of them because it keeps on saying alpha pack error.

Hello everyone, thanks for posting in the thread, I have merged a few players threads together, to keep this issue contained in this thread.

An investigation into this was opened recently where players experience the 'Unlock Failed' message when trying to open an Alpha Pack and we are gathering as much information about this as we can from players and why this issue occurs.

Please let us know the following, as we are adding player names effected to our investigation into this -

- Ubisoft username
- Platforms you have experienced this on so far
- Date when this last experienced this in game
- Did you receive any duplicates instead / Does the pack remain in your inventory?

We will do our best to keep you updated on the investigation when we hear further news, if we need to ask more questions we will do our best to update this thread in the future.

- I have premium on this game when i reached next level i got the alpha pack but i can't open it.
It gives error. I didn't care it but i think i did not get duplicated error!
I stopped playing beacuse when i get new packs i think it can not be opened.

Can you please fix this for me?
For this problem can you please add a few alpha pack to my account.

I've got premium and 4 alpha packs that I can't open pretty disappointing seeing that this issue has been going on for about 4 years with no fix

Having this issue all of a sudden. I have the premium battle pass and I can't open any alpha packs anymore. Can't purchase any packs anymore either. Giving the "Alpha Pack Error" message when trying to open my currently owned packs, and a red "Unlocked Failed" message when trying to purchase packs. Seeing as I purchased the battle pass with actual money, and I can't even open the packs unlocked through it, this needs to be addressed and fixed. I have tried reinstalling and all other troubleshooting efforts and they have not worked. Please help us!

If you accidentally close the Alpha Pack roll window or you disconnect, you may not see the outcome of what you have received.

You will either still have your Alpha Pack or you may have received an item, but nothing will be lost.

If you cannot see your Alpha Pack or item, please restart your game.
