Hello everyone, thanks for posting in the thread, I have merged a few players threads together, to keep this issue contained in this thread.

An investigation into this was opened recently where players experience the 'Unlock Failed' message when trying to open an Alpha Pack and we are gathering as much information about this as we can from players and why this issue occurs.

If you have exhausted the troubleshooting given for your platform -

Please let us know the following, as we are adding player names effected to our investigation into this -

- Ubisoft username
- Platforms you have experienced this on so far
- Date when this last experienced this in game
- Did you receive any duplicates instead / Does the pack remain in your inventory?

We will do our best to keep you updated on the investigation when we hear further news, if we need to ask more questions we will do our best to update this thread in the future.

Same Problem. The message pops up when I select some packs to buy.

Its not just for one alpha pack. Also when you try to buy 5,25 or 50 packs.
For testing i tried to buy something else in the shop with renown (a charm) it works fine.

Its only a problem with buying alpha packs.

They’ll fix it quickly when it affects the revenue stream. Other than that we get told to sit down shut up and wait. They’ll say they’ll let you know when they have something but over a month they’ve had nothing and then they’ll close your support ticket saying that consider the issue resolved. So don’t hold your breath.

With all do respect, at this point I have tried everything there is to try and make this work that link you sent me are steps I have already tried l, again with all do respect the fact you’re only focusing this issue with the people in this forum isn’t okay this is a massive issue with the game that no one knows and as it seems neither do you, there could be even more people with the same issue but can’t access or find this specific forum so with all do respect realise a patch update or a bug fix update, for everyone it shouldn’t be down to us for a problem to fix that it’s something do with your game. Couldn’t have said it better mate, this is something I haven’t got a clue how to fix, because it’s not happening to everyone just a select couple either way they need to fix it, but won’t until a influencer gets this issue then it’ll be fixed in the hour

Just for Information: My problem has been fixed with the yesterdays new season update. I can buy Alpha Packs again.

When trying to open a rare alpha package (blue), an error message appeared, saying that the package could not be opened. I closed the game and opened it again, but my rare alpha pack is gone!

Do you recall the approx. Date / Time of these instances?

If so, could you please contact us directly via our Support Site or you can also reach us on Facebook and Twitter.
