Still no update on this issue. Im assuming Ubi doesnt care enough to fix this issue since multiple people have been complaining and still nothing is done weeks later. any end in site? Doubtful.

Every time I go to buy and alpha pack with renown it gives me a red message saying unlock packs failed my mate did it the same time and he was able to buy them so why can’t I, I’ve uninstalled the game and repaired game files and nothing works I want a fix to this ASAP

Hi ZannyFang! My apologies for this inconvenience. After further review of your account, I'm seeing that the Alpha Packs you may have been referring to were able to be opened. That being said, this may just be a visual error as it looks like you received the content on the backend. If you would like me to let you know the contents of the Alpha Packs from today just to confirm, please send me a private message. Thank you!

Hello, I’m having a similar issue I cannot buy the alpha pack at all, I’ve earned the renown to buy them but every time I go to purchase them it gives me and red message saying failed to purchase packs, I haven’t got a clue how to fix it as I’ve uninstalled the game and fixed the game files still got the same issue I’ve seen that other people like me have the same issue can I please have your help or one of your colleagues to try and get this fixed. I am having the same issue on ps4. Have enough renown for 25 packs and when I purchase with renown it simply says unlock failed. Ubi hasn't gotten back to me on the issue.

It seems Ubisoft cares little about this issue because I’ve stopped receiving replies on this thread and on Twitter. Guess we’re up creek without a paddle here boys

Hey yeas I’m on Ps4 and have enough renown to even buy a multi pack deal and it acts like it’s going to work then I get failed message and never received the alpha packs it doesn’t take the renown at least thank god!

Ubisoft hasn’t responded in a week now. Wonderful customer support. Can’t even tell any of us why this is happening and no transparency that they’re even attempting to work on this issue. Siege is a 10/10 game with a 0/10 developer

We work hard to get our renown because we all know how long it takes and we want to get our packs, with no fault of our own we can’t, please Ubisoft get back in touch or realise and update that fixes this bug

It’s been over 2 weeks since i have heard anything from anyone or any news updates from Ubisoft in any way apart from them add the new challenges, not being able to get the packs doesn’t make sense it doesn’t even tell you why you can’t, you have the renown to purchase them it looks like you will get them but then it gives you a failed message, but doesn’t take the renown which I’m happy with and for me and all others that have suffered from this need something as to why we can’t!

And my mate tried to buy packs last week when I first found the messages and he was able to buy them but I can’t?! Please reply or update or tell us how it will be fixed

Can I also ask, when you see the unlock fail message, do you lose that Alpha Pack altogether from your inventory?

Is there any update to this issue??? Haven’t been replied to in over a week on here or dm with Ubisoft support. Many people having this issue and nothing is being done still. No word on why this is happening what steps you’re doing to fix the problem and at this point no acknowledgment to the player base affected by this issue. Plenty of time to tweet and post on social media but no time to fix an unexplained issue that’s been going on for 3+ weeks. Is there any update on this issue or are ubi and R6 just ignoring this all together???
