Gold Edition Item Unavailable - Prism Wings
As many others have posted, I do not have access to all of the Gold Edition in-game items. I've received everything EXCEPT the prism wings. So far Ubisoft Support has acknowledged that they accepted my money for an incomplete product and have refused to offer a redemption code or in-game currency to compensate.
Why is this not listed on the Known Issues page? Why are you pushing updates that do not address this issue? When can we expect to receive the items that we've already paid for?

how about you look at my support ticket that you've closed twice with no resolution?

Looking into your case, I can see this has been escalated to be looked into deeper.
When there is an update to the case, you will receive an email on the address linked to your Ubisoft account.
