Transaction failed three times but charge me three times
I have tried to place an order for far cry 5 Gold. It kept saying opps order failed, I thought maybe I had enter my details in wrong. I checked your website it says my account has no orders placed ever! But my bank now has three pending transactions on my credit card, your website has no warning of duplicating pending transactions. Funny how the order failed three times but you charged me three times on my credit card. Please remove these pending transaction immediately, as the merchant you can do it ASAP you just have to contact my bank yourself. I know because two years ago Etihad did the same to me.
Just to confirm I have not received the product you can see that on my account. So no money should be pending or taken from my credit card. I have used numerous online gaming stores like steam, GOG etc never had an issue when buying software.
By the way can`t log a complaint at moment because your customer services are closed and you do not seem to have an out of hours contact form or an email address for customer service. Strange way to run an online business. After looking through your forums (my first time here) I can see this happens all the time.
