    I bought Just Dance Unlimited but never got it

    On my Nintendo Switch, I bought a 1 year subscription to Just Dance Unlimited and I am unable to activate it. I bought the subscription on my secondary Nintendo Switch and do not want it on my primary Switch. Also, I cannot make my secondary Switch my primary Nintendo Switch and I refuse to contact Nintendo Support to troubleshoot this issue. I do not want Just Dance Unlimited on my primary Switch and I bought it specifically for my secondary Switch knowing that it was my secondary Switch. I want to keep my primary Nintendo Switch as my primary Switch because I use it to play other games that don't require me to move like Just Dance 2021. I always use my secondary Switch to play games where I have to move because there is no room to dance near my primary Nintendo Switch.

    I contacted Ubisoft Support several times already and the support team has not been able to resolve the problem. Here is my communication history:

    Hello Lily651, Per our chat conversation, please review the information below: Next, please ensure that your console is set to primary on the Nintendo account you used to purchase the subscription. https://en-americas-support.nintendo...ntendo-account If the issue persists, please provide a screenshot or photograph showing that your console is set to primary on the correct Nintendo account. If you go to the Nintendo eshop, you can click on the account icon at the top right, and it should take you to your account info page. If you scroll all the way down, you should be able to find the primary console info there too. Please capture a screenshot of that. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.     Lily651: My system does not have the ability to take screen captures. I am using a 2014 MacBook Air.

Please be aware that if certain troubleshooting steps do not work, we would need some kind of photo of certain pages to confirm details so we could investigate the issue further.     Ubi-Hawk: I'm sorry for any confusion. The only images we would possibly request would be things like a copy of the purchase confirmation for the subscription as well as some details for the settings on your console.

    I am having problems activating my Just Dance Unlimited 365 Day Subscription. I paid $25 on the Nintendo Switch eShop for this subscription and I am unable to access any content from Just Dance Unlimited including songs from the game Just Dance 2019 that I also own such as Havanna or Water Me. On the Nintendo Switch eShop, it shows that I purchased the subscription and I received an e-mail receipt from Nintendo which I will attach with this report. The purchase cannot be refunded because it was done through the Nintendo eShop. My Ubisoft Account is linked to my Nintendo Network ID and my user information and statistics show up when I press X to open Ubisoft Connect on the title screen of Just Dance 2021. P.S. I cannot take a screen capture inside of the Just Dance game and even if I could, I could not export the file and attach the screenshot.     "Its something related to game sharing, since that is not allowed/supported for the game to which leads us to making sure it is activated on a main console"

    I think I can close the case now since I lost.
