Jawbreaker Falls EZ, Neo New York and GUS Toxic Cave 3 have all been unbanned and should be visible in TC again.
The tracks were banned after the number of reports reached a certain amount. This can happen when people report tracks or customization improperly (invalid reason).

If you know of other tracks that have been banned unjustly, please contact me on the Trials Community discord channel.

They were actually banned and not just accidentally deleted?
Sounds like an issue that needs fixed.
Would it not be a good idea to actually look at why a track was flagged before it's deleted?
Sorry for my frustrated sarcasm but... dang.
...and it's odd that these all were flagged and removed at the same time.

Bye the way, I should also say thank you for looking into and addressing the problem. I really do appreciate it and hope I didn't come off as if I don't.
Bugs and issues are a pet peeve of mine and especially ones that linger and I do want to be part of their solutions.

You're welcome! The fact is your track was on the to-do list but other tasks had to take priority after retuning from the holidays.
The good thing is that your post brought some needed attention to an issue around the unbanning of tracks and after finding a solution to that issue I will be able to take care of this process in a more permanent fashion.

As I explained, the "flagging" is an automated process when a track reaches a number of reports. It's not a perfect system but It's the best we can have. I usually receive a notification when gear or tracks are banned and will proceed to double check the validity in a timely manner.

I'm always trying to be on top of these issues, be it leaderboard cleanup, recalculations, checking banned UGC or helping players with technical issues but unfortunately I do not spend too much time on the forums, which is also part of the reason it took more time to get around to provide assistance. As I stated previously, I'm always available for contact on the community discord channel if needed.

In any case, thanks again for the report and bringing the issue the attention it needed.

So basically, anyone can flag content for any or no reason, valid or not, and when enough flags are given, the content is automatically removed.

I agree, it's not the best, however, it is also not efficient.

At any time, people can just be grieffers and flag your content for no reason other than their own self satisfaction. They could be angry with the game, flag everything they can in spite. They can not like a player, and flag all their created content in retaliation. We all know how toxic and hateful this world is.

I don't know how many times a single person can flag an item, but it should only be once. Also, flagged items shouldn't be automatically removed. These flags should be validated first, then if necessary, remove the content, and notify creator on why it was removed.

I don't create alot of content on this game, but I can tell you, this will reduce my interest in doing so knowing it can be abused. And I am sure others would feel the same, especially those who experienced it.

Thank you for your feedback RockMan.

Items can indeed only be reported once by a player as the reported item(s) are then immediately hidden from that player's feed(s). The reason to automatically ban the reported content is so that legitimately inappropriate content can be more quickly hidden for everyone and have less people exposed to it. Pending reports review, then the item is unbanned or not.

We have not seen blatant abuse of the current system and feel it is working adequately.

That's gotta be a tricky line to balance on. I understand. "Flagged" content should be hidden, but then reviewed by staff to see who is just angry at the world.

I understand the circumstances, was curious about weather or not it was possible. I have experienced this before in the past on other community shared items in other games.

It's good to know it is only hidden and not totally removed. This was my main concern to begin with.

    Thank you for the response.

While we're on the topic, I know this was not possible in the past but, is it possible to intentionally have a few of my tracks removed. Specifically I'd like to remove the last tack I posted. There are so many things I'd really like to fix or improve after seeing how people are trying to play it. I can see in replays people getting frustrated because they can't control the rider on the ground the way they want to and I've figured out a way to allow them to do that even though the game isn't designed to work in that way. Also, I've seen many things that I could block people from trying to do (people seem to really not want to read even simple instructions)
If it can be removed, I would be grateful...

The one I'd really like removed is called "MadMoto Minigolf"
If possible, I'd also like these that have been uploaded by mistake or had bugs in them removed...
    Achy Breaky Test
Gods of Wrath (the original not the fixed version)
    Happy Hunting Ground
N1L8E Happy Hunting Ground (not V2)

I wouldn't ask but, people seem to play the "broken" versions first rather than the fixed or improved ones.

    Hey MadMotoMan,

I took care of those tracks and they are now hidden from the game.

    Have a good day!
