    Trying To Ignore Charging Twice

    I was on a thread that addressed the issue of them charging twice and the lie that its normal and they hold until a certain time. Conveniently closed now. I've had this service a month, and I still haven't had that second charge fixed yet. I'm not about to keep this to get double charged next billing cycle and if they are going to ignore support tickets, then I will just have a law firm contact them so they can see that it's not alright and not going to fly. Really getting sick of these companies that whine about piracy, but seem quite content with ripping off customers and then playing dumb and ignoring them. They are quite happy with being the pirates stealing from their customers
